Refund and Returns Policy

At Ligocoo, we are committed to providing high-quality gadgets and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or security reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used accessories
  • Opened software products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the payment will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact our support team first for instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value gadgets, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
